Bac Lava: This is a single beach by the pier, tidal and the water is a bit murky. Despite the strong currents there is a set of regular morning swimmers. In the summer families and kids enjoy the beach as well.
Glen Fryer: The car park ,by the old Fraser Range buildings, is still free and has good access to the beach.
There is a fairly strong tide into Langstone Harbour.
Andrew Mullins: just next door to a blue flag beach (Hayling Island).
Strong cross currents but not fear of being dragged out to sea unless your crossing the langston Harbour entrance while tides are on the way out.
