The Tadpole Graham is a mini-version of the Frog Graham, a swim run course in the Lake District.

(The Frog Graham was inspired by the Bob Graham, a famous and famously grueling trail run which involves running over all of the Lake Districts 42 peaks within 24 hours - one minute over than that, and it's a fail).

Grace Mosedale brought the Tadpole Graham to OSS attention in summer 2017 when she wrote a story on doing it for the OSS website - read all about it here! https://www.outdoorswimmingsociety.com/the-tadpole-graham/
