Park in the north carpark at the Langsett reservoir


Follow the easy woodland path to the weir and then enjoy a stunning walk up the valley of The Little Don River. Dogs are only allowed part of the way so when I went on a beautiful July afternoon it was incredibly quiet. It's very shallow so search for the little dipping pools for a splash in the peaty waters. Lovely.
