    This is definitely shallow (about knee-deep for an adult is the deepest it gets). Agree that it's great for paddling and exploring, my son and daughter had a lot of fun here.

    I can imagine it getting very busy in the summer (indeed, the Google Maps visual for this spot shows several people in the water).
