Gaelic: Sloc an Altramain. The Nursing Cave - there is a story about

a princess called Dounhuila who had a child with a man of whom her father did not approve. She kept the child with a servant in this cave and visited only to nurse her child, hence the name.

Deep underground there is a magical pool...

Enter at low tide (or swim at high tide!) to get to Spar Cave. Follow the cave up and in the deepest inner sanctum you reach the Mermaid's pool.

It's more of a bath than a pool, very small, very cold but a special experience.
